$25 will get a professional to your home to diagnose your appliance and provide you with a quote. I charge the $25 upfront to secure your booking. This DEPOSIT is non-refundable* and applied to your approved quote. In the event a quote is denied, the $25 goes towards the Dispatch & Diagnosis of $129.
*In the event of a cancelation request, the $25 is forfeited and will be used for admin fees, and any shipping charges associated with parts we may have to return.

I strive to get your appliance fixed asap! In my experience, ordering parts before I visit your home (based on your description of the problem), gives me an 85% chance of fixing the issue my first time out. With parts ordering, I typically schedule out 4-6 business days. If i feel it needs a diagnosis, I will be out sooner to do that.
I only work on a few brands! I see a lot of the same issues repeatedly. As long as I am given all pertinent information of the appliances symptoms, I have a great chance of solving the issue in one go! Now, I am human, and sometimes dont get it right the first time out, but a proper diagnosis will ensure the 2nd visit is a done deal.
Absolutely! My 90-day promise covers same failures due to identical part failure. Labor charges will be covered under such circumstances. Dispatch and Diagnosis charges will be collected upfront and refunded once the problem has been deemed by the technician to be the same failure. Additional labor charges may need to be included if secondary parts or issues are causing the original issue. Basically - if its on us, we'll take care of it. If its not - we will provide options and suggestions, and even a new quote for separate problems.
